In the “showroom” section you can find all the available products. After selecting the product, configure it by choosing the type of bearing structure (the mantello), the central core element (the orbita), and the top component (the orbita). Then you can add it to the shopping cart to proceed with the order.

Before concluding the purchase, you can check again if the chosen product(s) and the selected materials are the ones you wanted. Once done, you can complete your purchase. We will take care of the rest!

What are the production and delivery lead time once I placed the order?

Considering that each SPATIA is created to your specifications, we normally require 5 weeks of manufacturing process. Delivery time depends of the provided shipping address. In the USA for example it usually takes up to 3 business days.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes.

Is the furniture delivered already assembled?

Yes, and shipped in a packaging specially designed for it. 

How is the furniture delivered?

Through a specialized freight forwarder company and it is backed up by an  “all inclusive” shipping and delivering insurance policy.

What kind of warranty do you provide on your products?

15 years on parts and labor.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all the major method of payments: Credit Card, Paypal, Zelle and direct bank transfer.

Can I point out a type of material that I would like to use but that I do not find among your options?

Yes, contact us: info@spatia.it.

Can I receive a sample of the different materials to view them prior to my purchase?

Yes and we have also created a samples kit to be sent to you at a cost of $50 which will then be deducted from the purchase price of your first SPATIA. Click Here.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

Yes, but it can also be created in a simplified version or for a single purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

It is possible to modify or cancel the order within 1 week from the date of purchase. To cancel the order contact us at: assistenza@spatia.it .

Can I agree on the date and time of delivery?

Yes, once your SPATIA is ready to be delivered you will be notifieda nd you can then arrange the details for the delivery.

I live in a condominium, is “floor delivery” available?

Yes and it is possible to arrange the disposal of all packaging materials.
